1989 AQHA Sorrel Gelding
Teller and Sara debuted in the early '90s on the Hunter/Jumper Circuit in the Large Pony Hunter and Pony Equitation divisions. In 1992 Sara & Teller were Year-End Reserve Champions in the Large Pony Hunter Division (despite a season break due to small fractures in Sara's back), and Reserve Champions in the all size Pony Equitation division. Teller gave Sara determination to try hard every day, as he was no easy ride, and was a known bucker when they first got together. Sara never quit, though Teller made her want to on many occassions. By the end of their season together they were nearly unstoppable in their division.
